We understood the need of implementing World Class Quality Management Systems and started
aligning ourselves in that direction since the year 2003. During this process we have associated
ourselves with various consulting firms in India and abroad. We have introduced several TQM, TPM
& Lean practices across nearly all functions of the organization. Few of the concepts are Kaizen,
5S, Kan Ban System, FIFO, Inventory Turnover Ratio, Changeover Time Reduction etc. Various
problem solving techniques have also been introduced. For example, Why Why Analysis, 7QC Tools, Process
Mapping, Quality Circle Activity etc. Currently we are in the process of implementing TS 16949, the target date for which is December 2011 . |
