Being the most preferred supplier of artificial leather is what was at the genesis of the formation of Mayur Uniquoters Limited in 1994. Since then, we have never looked back and have shown phenomenal and holistic growth with every passing year. So much so, that again in 2023, we made way into the 'Forbes Asia Top 200 under $1Bn enterprises' in the Asia Pacific region.
We are the largest manufacturer of artificial leather, using the 'Release Paper Transfer Coating Technology' in India. Over the past three decades, we have come a long way from a meager production of 0.25 million linear meters per month to an astonishing 3.5 million linear meters per month through 7 PVC coating lines. Additionally, we have started operations at our PU coating plant in Morena with an initial capacity of 5 million linear meters per annum, expandable to 20 million linear meters per annum.
The guiding principle of the organization has always been the fulfillment of customer requirements, quality deliverance, and progressive thinking. This guiding principle is now the culture of the organization and ensures that both internal and external customers are satisfied.
As part of our backward integration, our Dhodhsar plant includes a textile knitting unit with a capacity of 2.25 million linear meters per month. On the forward integration front, we have achieved a capacity of 1.28 million linear meters per annum for perforation and 2.4 million linear meters per annum for foam lamination. This ensures faster and more efficient service to our customers by minimizing the supply chain.
Our world-class infrastructure consists of a full range of machinery to fulfill our knitting, processing, heat setting, coating, embossing, printing, lacquering, sueding, tumbling, and laminating needs. We value quality and innovation, and thus, our Physical, Chemical, and Product Development Laboratories are capable of testing predominantly all properties of artificial leather for different segments and applications.
We are also a proud member of the United Nations Global Compact since 2020, reaffirming our commitment to sustainable practices within the organization and throughout our supply chain.
We have been certified with ISO 9001 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001 (Environment Management System), IATF 16949 (Automotive Quality Management System), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System), ISO 27001 & TISAX (Information security management system), also following VDA 6.3 & VDA 6.5 approach for process and product audits which demonstrates our commitment towards designing and manufacturing artificial leather through the effective implementation of systems and continual improvement in all our processes.
